FAQ

Pet ID TAGS

How do I personalize my pet’s ID tag?

Personalization is easy and required for every order. On the product page, you’ll see a box labeled "front and back" with the character limit number. Simply enter your pet's name and the phone number you’d like on the back before clicking "Add to Cart." You won't be able to proceed without filling this in, which ensures I have everything I need to get your tag exactly right.

What are the tags made of?

Our tags are made of high-quality, lightweight aluminum. I chose aluminum because it is naturally rust-proof and won't weigh down your pet’s collar.

Is the design just a sticker?

No. The designs are applied using a professional high-heat sublimation process. This fuses the ink directly into the aluminum surface. It's resistant to chipping, peeling, or fading, making the tag completely waterproof and durable enough for the muddiest hikes and most active play.

What if I need to change the info after I order?

If you realize you made a typo, please Contact Me immediately with your order number and the changes needed. I am happy to update the information for you.

Can I get a custom design or a specific breed?

Absolutely. If you don't see your specific breed or have a custom idea in mind, send me a message through the Contact page. Being a household of eleven pets, I know how important it is to have a tag that perfectly matches your best friend's personality.

Fine Art Prints

What's the best way to care for my photography prints?

To keep your photography prints looking their best, avoid direct sunlight and frame them under glass to protect from dust and moisture.

What is the difference between a Open and Limited Edition print?

While both editions are produced using museum-quality archival inks and premium paper, the Limited Edition is a collector’s version. It is restricted to a run of only 150 prints. Once those 150 are sold, that image will never be printed in that format again.

Are the prints signed?

Yes. Every print in the archive—Standard or Limited—is personally inspected and hand-signed by Natalie. For our Limited Edition prints, we also hand-number each piece (e.g., 1/150) and provide a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

What kind of ink do you use for the signatures?

I use archival-grade ink for all signatures and numbering. This ensures that the artist’s mark is as permanent as the giclée print itself and won't fade or bleed over time.

What size are the prints?

Limited Edition prints are currently offered in a 13x19 format, a size chosen to preserve the detail and atmospheric depth of the original photography while fitting beautifully in a variety of frame styles. Open edition comes in 5x7, 8x12, 11x17, 16x24, 20x30, and 24x36. On prints that are not offered as Limited Edition the 13x19 is also available.

Can I return a Limited Edition print?

Because Limited Edition prints are custom-produced, numbered, and recorded as part of a restricted run, they are considered final sale. However, if your print arrives damaged or there is an issue with the shipment, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
